Looking for someone to pass to--Ruskin defense making it hard.

Great effort at the end of regulation to win the game for Ruskin.

Angle

Same play, two different angles. The top photo is from The Jackson County Advocate and the bottom photo is mine. I did not know I had gotten that moment caught until I got the photo up on the 15 inch screen.

Can I tell you that the fact that the referee did not dispense a Technical Foul on the Truman High player for hanging onto the rim was just a tad controversial there in the Ruskin gym?

More High School Hoops!

Coaches always are hollaring, "Use two hands!" #11 is already thinking offense.

One on one. Most of this game was played fast, with man to man defense employed.

Vying for a rebound. I count at least 7 players here.

Bartle Baubles

When you are driving, you often see scenic shots you'd like to get but you can't because, well, you're driving. Today, I was on a bus going downtown. So I was able to shoot this photo with the Blackberry of the Bartle sculptures--the Bartle Baubles are what I call them.

Many call them the hair curlers.

I love the sky in the picture. I tried cropping some of it out, but I didn't like the photo as well. This is an uncropped shot.
